16. 401(k) Savings Plans

        Effective January 2004, the Company adopted a defined contribution 401(k) savings plan (the "Plan") for substantially all of its employees. The Company's contributions to the Plan are discretionary. The Company matched a range of 5% to 10% of employees' contributions in 2011, 2012 and 2013. The cost of contributions made by the Company to the plan was $124,000, $169,000 and $195,000 for the years ended December 31, 2011, 2012 and 2013, respectively.
