Leases	7. LEASES GFE leases equipment, primarily rail cars, under operating leases through December 2026. Rent expense for these leases was approximately $747,000 and $812,000 for the three months ended April 30, 2017 and 2016, repectively, and approximately $1,625,000 and $1,706,000 for the six months ended April 30, 2017 and 2016, repectively. HLBE leases equipment, primarily rail cars, under operating leases through January 2027. Rent expense for these leases was approximately $438,000 and $710,000 for the three months ended April 30, 2017 and 2016, repectively, and approximately $978,000 and $1,245,000 for the six months ended April 30, 2017 and 2016, repectively
