Employee Benefit Plans	EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS The Company has a defined contribution plan available to all of its qualified employees. The Company contributes a match of 50% of the participant's salary deferral up to a maximum of 3% of the employee's salary. Company contributions totaled approximately $51,000, $46,000, and $44,000 for the fiscal years ended October 31, 2012, 2011, and 2010, respectively.
