The Reporting Person also directly owns the following employee stock options to purchase NIC Inc. common stock: (i) 97,640 shares out of a grant of 100,000 shares at $4.063, exercisable in four equal annual installments beginning on February 6, 2002; (ii) 10,000 shares at $2.10, exercisable in four equal annual installments, beginning on June 25, 2002; (iii) 50,000 shares at $1.67 per share, exercisable in two equal annual installments, beginning on July 23, 2003; and (iv) 75,000 shares at $3.04, exercisable in four equal annual installments, beginning on August 1, 2004.
