On August 19, 2021, Edward Brown informed the Board of Directors of Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) that he does not intend to stand for re-election as a Class I director at the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. This decision is not due to any disagreement with the Company.
