(b)       On May 28, 2008, Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. (“Endurance”) announced that Daniel M. Izard, its Chief Operating Officer, would be resigning from his position effective September 1, 2008.

Endurance issued a press release announcing this event on May 28, 2008. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
