Donald W. Blum will retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Provident Bank, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Provident Financial Services, Inc., effective March 9, 2020.  Provident Bank contemplates entering into a severance and release agreement with Mr. Blum.
