The original filing is being amended to correct Director Cagle's direct ownership to 7,600 shares (5,100 individually and beneficially owns and has voting power for 2,500 shares as custodian for his son, John N. Cagle, IV). In addition, Tidelands Bancshares, Inc. declared a 25% stock dividend that was payable on January 18, 2005 to shareholders of record on Janaury 4, 2005. As a result of this stock dividend, it ws reported that Director Cagle's initial direct ownership of 12,500 shares resulted in an additional 3,125 shares and his initial indirect ownership of 15,000 shares resulted in an additional 3,750 shares.
