Employee Benefit Plan	(10) Employee Benefit Plan The Company has a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan and employees can contribute up to the maximum amount allowed under law. The Company may make discretionary matching and profit sharing contributions, which vest over a period of five years from each employee’s commencement of employment with the Company. During fiscal 2019, fiscal 2018 and fiscal 2017, the Company made matching contributions of $2.9 million, $1.2 million and $0.5 million, respectively.
