(8) Employee Benefit Plan

The Company has a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan and employees can contribute up to the maximum amount allowed under law. The Company may make discretionary matching and profit sharing contributions, which vest over a period of five years from each employee’s commencement of employment with the Company. During fiscal 2017, fiscal 2016 and fiscal 2015, the Company made matching contributions of $0.5 million, $0.5 million and $0.4 million, respectively.
