SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated all events or transactions that occurred after March 31, 2020 through the date the condensed consolidated financial statements were issued. During this period, the Company had the following material subsequent events that require disclosure: In April 2020, the Company's board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share of Class A common stock payable on June 30, 2020 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on June 16, 2020. In April 2020, the Company's board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4375 per share of Series A Preferred Stock payable on June 30, 2020 to preferred stockholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2020.
