Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Quarterly Distribution. On April 25, 2013, The Partnership declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.775 per common unit for the first quarter of 2013, or $3.10 per common unit on an annualized basis, which will be paid on May 15, 2013 to unitholders of record as of May 8, 2013.
