Conestoga Capital Advisors (CCA), the Fund's investment advisor and proxy voting agent did not receive proxy cards from the Fund's custodian after CCA moved its offices on July 1, 2004. Since most shareholder votes occur in the first half of the calendar year we did not recognize that we had a problem until April of 2005. After we called this problem to the attention of the custodian they remedied the problem and beginning in mid-April 2005 they again began sending proxy cards to CCA to vote. The only proxies covered by this report since the resumption of receipt of proxies were for Startek Inc., and Rollins Inc. which are reflected in our submission.
