(the “Company”) has been notified by the Division of Enforcement of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) that it had initiated an informal inquiry into matters including, but possibly not limited to, the facts and circumstances surrounding the issues disclosed in the Company’s Form 8-K filed on March 16, 2011. The Company has been and intends to continue cooperating fully with the SEC in connection with this inquiry.
