This option, which provided for vesting in four equal annual installments (of 25% each) beginning on May 13, 2005, was canceled in the merger in exchange for a cash payment of the product of (i) the common stock merger consideration minus the exercise price of the option ($4.51 per share) and (ii) the number of underlying securities (25,000).
