Common shares

The Company is authorized to issue

November 30, 2016.

Preferred shares

Pursuant to the Company’s Notice of Articles filed under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia), the Company is authorized to issue

preferred shares

without

par value. The authorized but unissued preferred shares

may

be issued in designated series from time to time by

one

or more resolutions adopted by the Directors. The Directors have the authority to determine the preferences, limitations and relative rights of each series of preferred shares. At
