NOTE 12. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	In the first six months of 2015, the Company provided management services to Donlin Gold LLC for $nil ($149 in the first six months of 2014); and office rental and services to Galore Creek Partnership for $180 ($200 in the first six months of 2014). As of May 31, 2015, the Company has accounts receivable from Galore Creek Partnership of $308 (November 30, 2014: $335) included in other current assets and a receivable of $3,528 (November 30, 2014: $3,836) from Galore Creek Partnership included in other long-term assets.
