Equity

As of July 31, 2016 and April 30, 2016, the Company had 5,000,000 shares of blank check preferred stock authorized with a par value of $0.00001 per share. None of the blank check preferred shares were issued or outstanding.

As of July 31, 2016 and April 30, 2016, the Company had 29,500 shares of Series B Preferred Stock authorized with a par value of $0.00001 per share (“Series B Preferred”). No Series B Preferred shares are issued or outstanding. 

As of July 31, 2016 and April 30, 2016, the Company had 150,000,000 shares of common stock authorized with a par value of $0.00001 per share. There were 15,827,921 and 4,263,671 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of July 31, 2016 and April 30, 2016, respectively.
