Intangible Assets

The Company recorded amortization expense of $0 and $20,293 for the three months ended July 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively, related to certain intangible assets which were acquired during 2015, but for which are no longer recorded by the Company as they were fully impaired during fiscal year 2016.
