Notes Receivable - Related Party	During 2015 and 2016, the Company entered into seven promissory note agreements with Fortis. With total principal amounts of $20,795,129. The notes receivable bear interest at an annual rate of 3% and mature on December 31, 2017. As of July 31, 2016 and April 30, 2016, the outstanding balance of the notes receivable was $20,795,129 and $17,848,000, respectively.
