On August 6, 2020, Russell D. Gordy provided notice of his decision to resign as a member of the Board of Directors of GP Natural Resource Partners LLC, the general partner of the general partner of Natural Resource Partners L.P. (“NRP”). Mr. Gordy’s resignation was not the result of a disagreement with NRP.
