On May 20, 2008, the Board of Directors of Uni-Pixel, Inc. (the “Company”) unanimously elected Mr. Ross Young to the Board of Directors.

On May 20, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing that, effective May 20, 2008, Mr. Ross Young has been unanimously elected to the Board of Directors.
