NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Companhia de Saneamento Basico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp (“Company” or “Sabesp”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the São Paulo State Public Services Regulatory Agency (ARSESP - Agência Reguladora de Serviços Públicos do Estado de São Paulo) published the Resolution nº 1,400/2023, which (i) authorizes tariff exemption for Social Residential and Vulnerable Residential clients in the municipality of São Sebastião and (ii) authorizes the classification of hotels and inns in the municipality used to receive the homeless population due to heavy rain in the Social Assistance Entity tariff. The effects of the resolution will last while the Decree nº 67,502/2023 is in force.

The amounts not billed by Sabesp will be subject of compensatory adjustment.
