Section 4 - Matters Related to Accountants and Financial Statements Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant. a) On or about January 1, 2006, Child, Sullivan & Company, the independent auditor for Bestway Coach Express (the "Company") changed its accounting practice from a corporation to a professional limited liability company named Child, Van Wagoner & Bradshaw, PLLC. As this is viewed as a separate legal entity, the Company dismissed Child, Sullivan & Company as its independent auditor and engaged Child, Van Wagoner & Bradshaw, PLLC, as the Company's independent auditor for the Company's fiscal year ending November 30, 2005 and the interim periods for 2005 and 2006. The decision to change its independent auditor was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. None of the reports of Child, Sullivan & Company, on the Company's financial statements for either of the past two years or subsequent interim period contained an adverse opinion or disclaimer of opinion, or was qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting principles. There were no disagreements between the Company and Child, Sullivan & Company,for either of the past two years or subsequent interim period on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure, which, if not resolved to the satisfaction of Child, Sullivan & Company, would have caused them to make reference to the subject matter of the disagreement in connection with its report.
