Note 10. Net Loss Per Share

 

Net loss per share is computed by dividing the net loss by the weighted-average number of shares of common stock or common stock equivalents outstanding. Accordingly, the numerator and the denominator used in computing both basic and diluted net loss per share for each period are the same.
