Related-Party Transactions	Note 14. Related-Party Transactions In March 2014 and July 2013, the Company entered into two separate consulting agreements to assess potential markets for its products with a holder of Series D Stock and Series E Stock. The stockholder was paid $0 and $0 for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015, respectively, and $77,550 and $99,800 for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2014, respectively under those agreements. An employee of the stockholder is a member of the Board of Directors. At September 30, 2015, there were no further amounts due under the consulting agreements.
