Related-Party Transactions	Note 13. Related-Party Transactions In March 2014 and July 2013, the Company entered into two separate consulting agreements to assess potential markets for its products with a holder of Series D Stock and Series E Stock. The stockholder was paid $0 and $0 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2015, respectively, and $11,250 and $22,250 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2014, respectively under those agreements. An employee of the stockholder is a member of the Board of Directors. At June 30, 2015, there were no further amounts due under the consulting agreements.
