Related-Party Transactions	Note 13. Related-Party Transactions In March 2014 and July 2013, the Company entered into two separate consulting agreements to assess potential markets for its products with a holder of Series D Stock and Series E Stock. The stockholder was paid $0 and $11,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2015 and 2014, respectively under those agreements. An employee of the stockholder is a member of the Board of Directors. At March 31, 2015, there were no further amounts due under the consulting agreements.
