OF ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS

TO BE HELD ON APRIL 30, 2020

To Our Stockholders:

Due to the emerging public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) and to support the health and well-being of our partners and stockholders, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the location of the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) has been changed. The Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. (Central Time). In light of public health concerns regarding the coronavirus outbreak, the Annual Meeting will be held in a virtual meeting format only. You will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting physically.

As described in the proxy materials for the Annual Meeting previously distributed, you are entitled to participate in the Annual Meeting if you were a stockholder of record as of the close of business on March 5, 2020, the record date, or hold a legal proxy for the meeting provided by your bank, broker, or nominee. We have adopted a virtual format for the Annual Meeting to provide a consistent and convenient experience to all stockholders regardless of location. You may attend the Annual Meeting virtually via the Internet. In order to attend the Annual Meeting, you must register in advance at www.proxydocs.com/CPSI prior to the deadline of Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). Upon completing your registration, you will receive further instructions via email, including your unique links that will allow you access to the meeting, vote online and submit questions.

Whether or not you plan to attend the Annual Meeting, we urge you to vote and submit your proxy in advance of the meeting by one of the methods described in the proxy materials for the Annual Meeting. The proxy card included with the proxy materials previously distributed will not be updated to reflect the change in location and may continue to be used to vote your shares in connection with the Annual Meeting.
