FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

TORONTO, ON November 10, 2004   --   First Empire Corporation Inc. is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to Noble House Entertainment Inc. (NHE) effective November 1, 2004. The Company's new CUSIP number is 655046100.

Further to the name change, NHE has agreed in principle to acquire certain assets of Noble House Productions (NHP), subject to final due diligence. Final terms of the agreement will be announced shortly. Mr. Damian Lee, principal of NHP, has agreed to join NHE on a full time basis and its Board of Directors, subject to a final definitive agreement.
