SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 25, 2013, Amincor Other Assets, Inc. entered into a lease agreement to rent the Pelham Manor, New York property for an initial lease term of one year at an annual fixed rent of $240,000. The Company has evaluated all other subsequent events after the report date and there were no significant subsequent events requiring disclosure.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
