Correction of Shares Common stock Issued	10. CORRECTION OF SHARES OF COMMON STOCK ISSUED On June 27, 2012, the Company issued 68,928 shares of Class B common shares as a correction of the amount of shares issued on the Company's Payment in Kind date. As a result,  the amount of Class B shares  outstanding and the weighted average shares  outstanding  for the six months ended June 30, 2012 have been  restated. This  correction  is de  minimus  and had no  discernable  effect on  previously reported loss per share.
