RELATED PARTY LOANS	8. RELATED PARTY LOANS   Related  parties are natural  persons or other  entities  that have the ability, directly  or  indirectly,  to  control  another  party or  exercise  significant influence  over the other party in making  financial  and  operating  decisions.
