12. COMMITMENT AND CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS	The Company contracted with its executive officers to pay each of the executive officers CAD$90,000 per year and issue 100,000 common shares of the Company on the anniversary of the executive agreement. The agreement automatically renews after one year for a further 12 months.
