Subsequent Events	Note 17. Subsequent Events On January 18, 2023 and February 18, 2023, the Company issued to Charles Hyatt, an aggregate of 11,428,570 units, with each unit consisting of one share of common stock and a two-year common stock purchase warrant to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price of $0.0175 per share in consideration of $200,000.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
