Subsequent Events	13. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In July 2018, the Company issued an aggregate of 722,160 shares of common stock to sixteen employees under a one-time employee stock incentive grant. The shares were fair valued at $0.022 per share based on market value at the time of the grant, with a total value recognized of $16,000.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
