6. CUSTOMER CREDIT CONCENTRATIONS

The Company sells to three entities owned by the brother of Robert Carmichael, the Company’s Chief Executive officer, and two Company’s owned by the Chief Executive Officer as further discussed in Note 7. RELATED PARTIES TRANSACTIONS. Combined sales to these five entities for the years ended December 31, 2015 and 2014, represented 31.75% and 43.34%, respectively, of total net revenues. A single non-related party entity represented 18.7% of revenues for 2015. Sales to no other customers for the year ended December 31, 2014 represented greater than 10% of net revenues.
