3. PREPAID EXPENSES AND OTHER CURRENT ASSETS

Prepaid expenses and other current assets totaling $105,320 at September 30, 2015, consists of $71,497 prepaid inventory, $9,048 prepaid insurance, $7,200 legal settlement receivable (see Note 16 COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES), $5,991 prepaid rent, $10,000 prepaid legal, $1,000 prepaid accounting, and $584 other current assets and prepaid expenses.

Prepaid expenses and other current assets totaling $30,195 at December 31, 2014, consists of $21,508 prepaid inventory, $8,112 prepaid insurance, and $575 other current assets and prepaid expenses.
