Other assets of $31,049 at December 31, 2014, consists of $24,740 investment in joint venture, and $6,309 refundable deposits. Other assets of $27,635 at December 31, 2013 consists of $24,740 investment in joint venture, and $2,895 refundable deposits. See Note 18.
