5. OTHER ASSETS

Other assets of $33,656 at September 30, 2014, consists of $24,740 investment in joint venture, and $8,916 refundable deposits. Other assets of $27,635 at December 31, 2013 consists of $24,740 investment in joint venture, and $2,895 refundable deposits. See Note 17.
