OTHER ASSETS
 
Other assets of $27,635 at December 31, 2013 consists of $24,740 investment in joint venture, and $2,895 refundable deposits.  See Note 18. JOINT VENTURE EQUITY EXCHANGE AGREEMENT for further information on investment in joint venture and Note 24.  SECURITY PURCHASE AGREEMENT for further information commitment fee.
