Genetic Technologies Executes Settlement and Release Agreement
with Hendrix Genetics B.V.

Melbourne, Australia, 5 February 2016: Molecular diagnostics company Genetic Technologies Limited (ASX: GTG; NASDAQ: GENE, “Company”) reports to have executed a Settlement and Release Agreement with Hendrix Genetics B.V. (Hendrix), of Boxmeer, The Netherlands.

Following the execution of this Agreement, Genetic Technologies shall dismiss its legal action against Hendrix. The terms and conditions of the Agreement are covered by a confidentiality undertaking and cannot be disclosed.
