Against Multiple Alleged Infringers in USA

Genetic Technologies Limited (ASX: GTG; NASDAQ: GENE) advises that, in conjunction with its assertion partner Sheridan Ross P.C., the Company has filed patent infringement suits in respect of its non-coding DNA technologies against the following entities in the following jurisdictions:

(filed in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan Southern Division);

·Genetics & IVF Institute Inc.

(filed in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia);

·Reprogenetics L.L.C.

(filed in United States District Court for the District of New Jersey); and

·Medical Diagnostic Laboratories L.L.C.

(filed in United States District Court for the District of New Jersey).
