The following table is a roll-forward of goodwill from December 31, 2014 to September 30, 2015. The current period additions are the result of the goodwill recognized as excess purchase price in the acquisitions of ND, BTT and UX, additional estimated litigation liabilities, and other adjustments related to prior year acquisitions for which the measurement period remained open (in millions).
