Divestitures	Divestitures North American Truckload Operation In October 2016, pursuant to a Stock Purchase Agreement between the Company and a subsidiary of TransForce Inc. (“TransForce”), the Company divested its North American Truckload operation (formerly known as Con-way Truckload) for a $558 million cash consideration, subject to certain adjustments. For the period from January 1, 2016 through October 26, 2016, these North American Truckload operation generated revenue of $432 million (prior to intercompany eliminations) and operating income of $32 million. The North American Truckload operation was included in the Company’s Transportation segment through the date of sale. As the proceeds from the sale equaled the carrying value (inclusive of goodwill), there was no gain or loss recognized in connection with this divestiture.
