RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 7 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As at December 31, 2015, the Company had Accounts Payable due to related parties totaling $nil (2014 - $144,957). As of December 31, 2015, the Company had Notes Payable to related parties of $nil (2014 - $118,554). These notes were demand, with no interest rates. Pursuant to the disinvestment and discontinuance of CTTA, the Company had a recovery on the write-down of Accounts payable to related parties for $144,957 and Notes Payable to related parties for $118,554 (see Note 3).
