Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On February 19, 2020, pursuant to his retirement plans reported in the Form 8-K filed by EnPro Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) on March 11, 2019, Stephen E. Macadam resigned as a director of the Company effective on February 29, 2020.
