As a result, the Mine Safety and Health Administration (&#8220;MSHA&#8221;) issued an order requiring operations to temporarily cease at the mine. During the third and fourth quarters of 2007, activities were undertaken, at the direction of MSHA, to regain entry into the mine in order to resume commercial production which restarted in October 2007.
