On January 23, 2008, Claudio Pinkus, Chairman of the Board of Directors of InfoSearch Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company” or “Registrant”), informed the Company that he was resigning as Chairman and as a director effective as of January 23, 2008, for personal reasons.
