Daybreak Oil and Gas, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended February 28, 2023 (the “Form 10-K”) because it needs additional time to complete its final review of its financial statements and other disclosures in the Form 10-K. The Company currently expects to file the Form 10-K for the fiscal period ended February 28, 2023 within the fifteen-day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
